Read this carefully before going online. These terms govern your relationship with ZyoroRyde when you provide Bike, Auto, Cab, and Parcel services via our platform.
This electronic record is per the Information Technology Act, 2000. ZyoroRyde ("Company", "we", "us", "our") provides a technology-based Software-as-a-Service ("SAAS") discovery platform that enables lead generation for Pilots who offer:
Collectively the "Services". Offerings (including payments) are provided via our website and the "ZyoroRyde" mobile app (the "Platform"). By registering and using the Platform you confirm you've read and accepted these T&Cs.
Onboarding requires documents per law and ZyoroRyde policy. You confirm that:
You must create and safeguard your account. You're responsible for all activity on it. If credentials are compromised, notify ZyoroRyde immediately. Street-hailing off-platform is prohibited. Do not open or tamper with packages. Calls may be monitored/recorded for quality and safety.
ZyoroRyde may levy fees (taxes apply). We collect convenience fees for enabling access to Services on the Platform. We are authorized to receive Fares on your behalf. If you collect cash, our convenience fee will be adjusted during settlement.
You act as an independent contractor. These Terms do not create partnership, agency, franchise, or employment. You cannot bind ZyoroRyde.
We collect and process Pilot Information (KYC, vehicle docs, DL, selfie, bank, location, etc.) for verification, safety, compliance, operations and improvement as per our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with authorities/third parties per law for disputes, incidents, or investigations.
Treat all non-public information obtained via the Platform as confidential (customer data, business info, systems, strategies). Do not disclose/share/sell except as authorized. Obligations survive termination.
ZyoroRyde (or its licensors) owns all Platform IP (design, code, brand assets). You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on one personal device for providing Services. Your provided information remains yours, but you grant ZyoroRyde a license to use it to operate/improve the Platform and to create anonymised Aggregated Statistics.
You will indemnify ZyoroRyde and its affiliates against claims/losses arising from your breach of these Terms or laws. ZyoroRyde may assume defence/control; you'll cooperate fully.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without warranties (express or implied). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, ZyoroRyde is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability under these Terms will not exceed INR 1,000.
We may immediately suspend/terminate for breach, misuse, false information, legal/operational/reputational risk, or other reasons. Upon termination: access is revoked; dues are settled; Company assets/data must be returned; you must cease holding out as a ZyoroRyde provider.
Indian law applies. Disputes: amicable discussion → if unresolved within 15 days, arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; single arbitrator; venue Guwahati; language English/Assamese. Courts at Guwahati have exclusive jurisdiction.
You may not assign your rights/obligations without prior written consent. ZyoroRyde may assign to affiliates/third parties at its discretion.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reasonably notified. Continued use after posting means acceptance.
If any provision is found unlawful/invalid, it shall be severed without affecting the remainder, which stays in force.
ZyoroRyde may, at its discretion, offer accident insurance during active service windows. Payouts, if any, may be recoverable depending on circumstances.
We may notify you via in-app notices, email, or physical mail to your registered address.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZyoroRyde platform and services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZyoroRyde website/app (the "Platform") and the ride/delivery services offered by independent third-party drivers ("Pilots") via the Platform. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any notices we publish. ZyoroRyde is a technology facilitator and does not itself provide transportation or delivery services.
Note: Services are rendered solely by Pilots; ZyoroRyde provides discovery and lead generation only.
Use the Platform legally and respectfully; do not damage Vehicles or harass Pilots. ZyoroRyde isn't responsible for Pilot conduct or vehicle quality; your contract for the ride is with the Pilot.
Provide ID/verification when requested; violations may result in immediate termination.
You consent to service communications via phone/SMS/WhatsApp/email/push. Electronic notices are deemed received within 24 hours; postal notices within 3 business days. Delivery failures due to network/technical issues are not ZyoroRyde's liability.
All Platform IP (software, UI, content) is owned by ZyoroRyde or licensors.
License: limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, for personal lawful use on one device.
User data remains yours; you grant ZyoroRyde a license to process it per the Privacy Policy and to create anonymised statistics.
External sites are outside our control and at your risk. Review their terms/privacy; ZyoroRyde isn't responsible for third-party content or practices.
The in-app SOS connects to our safety response team. Use only for genuine emergencies; misuse may result in action per policy and law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend/terminate immediately for breaches, fraud, misuse, or harmful activity. Force majeure applies; no waiver of rights by non-enforcement.
You will indemnify ZyoroRyde and affiliates for claims arising from your use, breach of Terms, or third-party claims due to your conduct. ZyoroRyde may assume defence/control; you'll cooperate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZyoroRyde is not liable for indirect/special/punitive/consequential damages. Liability cap: Total aggregate liability will not exceed INR 1,000.
Indian law governs. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction. Unresolved disputes (15 days) will be referred to arbitration (sole arbitrator; seat Guwahati; languages English & Assamese) under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Award is final and binding.
You may not assign rights/obligations without prior written consent. ZyoroRyde may assign freely to affiliates or third parties.
If any provision is invalid/unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remainder, which continues in full force.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes may be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
